  • If you’d like to access your I-Pass account through our automated system, press or say 1.
    • To access your I-Pass account, you must have a PIN. If you don’t have a PIN, press or say 4.
    • Otherwise, to hear your account balance, press or say 1.
    • To replenish your account with the current credit card on file, press or say 2.
    • To update your I Pass PIN, press or say 3.
    • To create a PIN, press or say 4.
    • To hear these options again, press or say 8.
    • To return to the main menu, press or say 9.
  • If you wish to speak to a customer service representative about your I-Pass account, press or say 2.
    • In order to access your information, we’ll need your account number.
    • Please say or enter your account number now, or stay on the line for the next available representative.
  • If you’ve received a violation notice, press or say 3.
    • In order to access your violation, we’ll need the violation notice number from the notice you received.
    • Skip over the letters in the notice number, and enter or say only the digits.
    • Please enter or say the numbers now.
  • If you’ve missed a toll and want to avoid a violation, press or say 4.
    • The Illinois Tollway provides customers who don’t have an I Pass account a 7 day grace period to pay unpaid tolls online or by mail.
    • To pay online, visit www.illinoistollway.com.
    • To pay by mail, please send your payment to Illinois Tollway P.O. box 5382 Chicago, IL 60680-5382.
    • Please include in your payment your license plate number and state, and please indicate the date of the tolls you missed, as well as the toll plazas.
