  • Are you calling about refills, order status, a letter, returning a call, or tell me in a few words what you are calling about.
  • Refills:
    • Refills. I can help you with that. Please say or key in your prescription number.
  • Order Status
    • I can tell you about the status of your order. I can find the status of your order if you tell me the prescription number you are calling about. If you have the number, please say it.
    • Or if you need help finding it, say “more information”.
  • Receiving a letter
    • I’ll get you to someone who can tell you about why we contacted you.
  • Returning a Call
    • I’ll get you to someone who can tell you about why we called you. Please hold while I transfer you to a member services representative.

  • Covered Vaccine Program
    • Recently, a change to your Tricare benefit allows you to receive vaccinations for the seasonal flu, H1N1, and pneumonia at a $0 co-pay through authorized retail pharmacies.
    • Please contact your retail pharmacy in advance to inquire about their vaccination schedule, and their supply of vaccinations available.
    • If you’re not sure if a pharmacy is an authorized provider, please continue to hold.
