I need to recover my acct! I was notified someone tried to get money off my acct in Dec. I locked acct since I didn’t do that! However I have no idea what my 12 word acct recovery is! I have changed password! I have gone in and tried to recover but it just sits and spins.

If it’s true that an activation fee is required then why can’t the same be deducted from my wallet and be allowed to get the balance?
